- A person reported that her cosmetic bag was stolen from her purse at the Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School sometime between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on March 1 while she was teaching in an after-school program. The bag contained cosmetics, pens and several different medications. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
