FORCE – the Ridgway-based State Police reported institutional vandalism that occurred at 2:10 a.m. Sunday in Jay Township, Elk County.
According to the report, an unknown pickup truck traveled through the cemetery lawn at St. Joseph’s Church along state Route 255 in Force. Police indicated that the lawn and a brick monument pillar were damaged as a result.
