WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – Clearfield-based State Police initiated an ongoing investigation into an indecent assault that occurred between 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. Saturday in a wooded area of Woodward Township, Clearfield County.
According to police, two known males transported two female juveniles who were 13 and 15 years old to the area. Once there the four were reportedly consuming alcoholic beverages.
Police indicated that the two males who were 29 and 28 years old then allegedly inappropriately touched the two females without their consent by fondling their breast areas.
