Philipsburg Kiwanis Club Honors Past President

The Philipsburg Kiwanis Club honored Past President, Robert Mitchell on Feb. 12 at his home in Rush Township. He has been a member of the Philipsburg Club for for 45 years. He was presented with the Legion of Honor certificate and pin to thank him for his dedicated service.
