HOUTZDALE – Clearfield-based state police are investigating a burglary that occurred in Houtzdale Borough between Nov. 26 and Feb. 6.
Sometime between those dates, someone forced their way through a basement door of a building owned by Terry Jones of Quakertown. They then removed three rolls of romex wire, copper tubing and a brass trombone. The person then ransacked the entire residence.
The total loss is estimated at around $600.
