CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough’s Fourth Ward gained a new voice on Clearfield Borough Council Thursday.
Larry Mack was chosen from two candidates who submitted applications to represent the ward.
The seat opened at the Jan. 18 meeting when long-time Councilman Phil Biancuzzo retired due to health reasons.
Mack was sworn in Thursday. His term will expire Dec. 31.
Fourth Ward’s other representative is Barry Reddinger.
