CLEARFIELD – Lawrence Township Police reported that someone attempted to rob the Kwik Fill on U.S. Route 322.
According to the report, a suspect described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall and about 170 pounds entered the store and demanded money. He was armed with a handgun and was reportedly wearing a gray fleece sweatshirt, blue jeans and a blue plastic bag over his head.
The man then fled the area. Police did not say if any money was removed from the store. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
