HUSTON TOWNSHIP – A 42-year-old State College man is in jail after assaulting his ex-girlfriend on Saturday night.
Philipsburg-based state police said in a report that Carl Florey kicked in the door to his estranged ex-girlfriend’s residence and proceeded to assault her.
Florey is in Centre County Jail in lieu of $75,000 straight bail. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in central court on Jan. 17.
