CLEARFIELD – One of the people involved in the Park Avenue drug bust earlier this year was sentenced by Clearfield County Judge Paul E. Cherry on Wednesday.
Lee R. Jackson, 19 of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Jackson was sentenced to two-to-seven years in state prison, ordered to pay fines and costs and submit to DNA testing. Jackson also received two two-to-seven concurrent prison sentences as well.
Jackson was one of five people arrested in the Park Avenue drug bust in April. Police raided an apartment on Park Avenue and found cocaine, heroin, marijuana, a stolen handgun, and thousands of dollars in cash.
Others arrested in the drug bust include Clearfield residents Trevor Sheaffer and Amber Ickes, and Brooklyn, New York residents Mario Cumberbatch and Rason Battle.
Cumberbatch is the only other defendant in the case to have been sentenced.
