CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Police are investigating an assault that happened early Friday morning.
Officers responded to an unnamed local establishment at about 12:30 a.m. Friday for an assault.
A female was assaulted by a known male, who then fled the scene. The female was transported to Clearfield Hospital for her injuries.
No further information was released by police.
