DUBOIS – Sandy Township Police are investigating a report of a home invasion robbery that took place Wednesday morning at a Kiwanis Trail residence.
A woman reported that a man entered her residence at about 7:38 a.m., brandished a weapon and then restrained her inside her home for about 15 to 20 minutes.
The man was described as being about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, of slender build, and of having long, sandy blond hair, and possibly having blue eyes. He was also wearing a tan Carhart jacket with dark pants.
The man left the scene in a small, red older passenger car, possibly faded.
DuBois City Police and state police assisted in the investigation.
