LUTHERSBURG – DuBois-based state police report an incident of burglary in Brady Township that landed a Grampian man in jail.
On Sunday, a Luthersburg woman was giving Ricky McCall of Grampian a ride from an establishment. While in the vehicle McCall was reported to have become belligerent and threatening. The woman let the man out of her vehicle near her driveway and she left out of fear for her safety.
McCall then smashed a ceramic decoration and forced his way into the woman’s home, where he was found sleeping on her couch.
McCall was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness. McCall was arraigned and is being held in Clearfield County Jail on $5,000 straight bail.
