CLEARFIELD – When you head outside on a cold winter morning, you might not give a second thought to the warm and snuggly coat that is covering your back and head, but for many in Central Pennsylvania, a warm winter coat is something hard to come by.
In an effort to keep everyone comfortable this winter, Central PA Community Action Inc. is offering used coats for free.
A”Slightly Used Coat Program” is being put into place for people and families in the Clearfield area who need a good, clean coat for the winter.
If you would like to donate, take your coats to CPCA, 214 E. Cherry St., Clearfield, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. until Dec. 20.
