DUBOIS – Jody Lucas Kulakowski of Punxsutawney, a junior letters, arts and sciences major at Penn State DuBois, is the recipient of a Hoss’s Steak and Sea House Endowed Scholarship.
Kulakowski is a member of the Delta Mu Sigma honors society and honors program, a member of the Women’s Liaison Committee, and serves as a peer mentor and in the Living Life Lucid group on campus. Her family members include husband, George, and children Jade, Sage, Chris and G.K. She is a 1986 graduate of Clearfield High School and previously attended Lock Haven University.
Recognizing the importance of higher education to the area, Willard E. Campbell Enterprises, the parent company of Hoss’s Steak and Sea House, established a scholarship for outstanding full-time students at Penn State DuBois, with preference given to residents from Clearfield, Jefferson and Elk counties. The scholarship is awarded based upon academic ability and financial need.
