FALLS CREEK – State police report that a Daniel J. Bangs of Falls Creek is facing charges of burglary in relation to events on Oct. 18 and Oct. 20.
It is alleged that Bangs entered a Falls Creek residence and removed three Nintendo 64 games. The games were later put into a cooler that was placed on the alleged victim’s porch, leaving the games in standing water.
On Oct. 20, it is alleged that Bangs entered the residence again and removed two packages of batteries and a stack of three Yu-Gi-Oh playing-card decks.
Bangs was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. He was arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
