CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Police are investigating an incident of ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief.
Between Thursday night and Friday morning, someone reportedly wrote on the windows of a vehicle belonging to an unnamed West Side resident.
Police did not relate what the writings included but did say the vehicle was parked on the street when the incident happened. Police are continuing their investigation.
