WOODLAND – A 20-year-old Woodland woman suffered only a minor injury to her left arm after being hit by a sports-utility vehicle at 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
Michelle E. Allen was standing along Main Street in Woodland when she was struck by the passenger’s side mirror of an SUV driven by a 20-year-old Woodland woman. State police at Clearfield say the SUV’s driver left the scene of the incident, but parts of the vehicle’s mirror were found along Main Street.
These parts allowed police to find the vehicle involved and to identify the vehicle’s driver.
The investigation continues.
